Overview
US RDS 18 #Applicator rod 3/8 "is a formed coating rod with a diameter of 9.52mm and a total length of 400mm. The application width is 300mm and the film thickness is 41.1μm. This product is made of stainless steel, which is not only suitable for coating inks, but also widely used in printing, plastic, paper and other industries. It can be used with Automatic film applicator.

Principle
The RDS Spreader wet bar unifies the Spreader liquid material on the surface of the substrate through an extrusion molding process to form a precise thickness wet-film. The bar spreads the paint evenly during movement to achieve a standard film thickness of 41.1 μm.

Steps
1. Spreader substrate and coating
2. Install the coating rod to the Spreader device
3. Adjust the Spreader parameters to the appropriate state
4. Start the Coater for Spreader operation
5. Spreader cleaning maintenance coating rod

• Spreader at a constant speed to ensure film uniformity
• Clean the coating rod in time after use to prevent coating curing
