Overview
American RDS wet-film coating bar model 22 #3/8 "is a High Accuracy film tool with a film thickness of 50.3 microns and a formed process with an effective application width of 300mm. The product is made of high wear-resistant stainless steel with a high film accuracy of 0.1 μm and a long service life. It is widely used in coatings, inks, plastics, printing, Encasement, paper and other industries. There are 50mm hand-held parts at both ends of the coating bar, which can be used directly without a matching handle.
Features
1.0.1μm high film accuracy
2. High wear-resistant stainless steel material
3. Long service life
4. No matching handle is required, and there are 50mm hand grips at both ends
5. formed production process
Principle
The RDS wet-film coating bar forms a uniform wet-film on the surface of the substrate through a formed process, and achieves a film thickness control of 50.3 microns using precise rod structure and material characteristics.
Applications
Coatings, inks, plastics, printing, Encasement, paper
Steps
1. Hold the 50mm grip at both ends of the coating bar
2. Place the coating bar on the substrate to be Spreader
3. Carry out the scraping operation with appropriate force and speed
4. Spreader with 300mm width
Notice
• Ensure coating bar is clean and drying before use
• Maintain uniform scraping force during operation
• Avoid coating bars colliding with sharp objects
• Clean and maintain in time after use
• Note that the application width does not exceed 300mm
