TBJ-X5 Automatic Film Applicator is a China small Spreader test equipment, using imported accessories, cheap, widely used in multinational R & D institutions, universities and scientific research institutions. The equipment ensures the uniformity and smoothness of Spreader coating by controlling speed and stable pressure, solves the problem of artificial film inconsistency, and improves film reproducibility.

Principle
Automatic Film Applicator achieves accurate Spreader wet-film on different substrates by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the pressure applied to the film applicator. Its core is to use Blade Coating method, combined with Vacuum chuck to fix the substrate, to ensure the conformity and Stability of the coating.

Steps
1. Set the Spreader parameters (e.g. speed, thickness); 2. Place the substrate and fix it (using Vacuum chuck); 3. Start the device for Spreader; 4. Remove the sample after completing the Spreader.
Notice
- Make sure the Power supply voltage is 220V 50HZ; - Check whether the substrate is fixed firmly before the Spreader; - Adjust the coating speed and thickness according to the application requirements; - Optional Accessories such as leakage tanks, fixtures, etc. to optimize the Spreader effect; - Customized functions need to be confirmed in advance.
