TBJ-X4-XB Automatic Film Applicator adopts imported accessories, which are cheap and favored by multinational R & D institutions, universities and scientific research institutions at home and abroad. The glue application effect of Spreader is ensured by controlling the speed and stable pressure to ensure uniformity and smoothness. The equipment is designed to solve the problem of artificial film inconsistency and improve film reproducibility. It comes standard with one China and one imported bar each, and the imported bar accuracy is up to 1μm.

Principle
Automatic Film Applicator achieves accurate Spreader by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the steady pressure applied to the film applicator. The bar coating method is used to ensure that the wet-film is evenly distributed on different substrates, reducing human operation differences, thereby improving the conformity and reproducibility of the film.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and place it in the Vacuum chuck area; 2. Set the coating speed and Travel parameters through Touchscreen; 3. Select and install the appropriate bar; 4. Start the device for automatic Spreader; 5. Remove the sample after completion and clean the equipment.

• Make sure the power supply of the equipment is 220V 50HZ before use; • Spreader thickness needs to be determined according to the bar model; • Vacuum chuck area size can be customized, pay attention to the fixing of the substrate; • Heating Temperature range RT +~ 180 ° C to avoid over-temperature use; • Optional accessories such as liquid leakage tanks need to be installed correctly; • Customized functions such as automatic lame plating need to be operated according to instructions; • Regular inspection of vacuum pumps and heating systems.
