TBJ-X4-DJ3 Automatic Film Applicator is a small experimental Lab Film Applicator, which adopts imported accessories and is inexpensive. Principle
Automatic Film Applicator achieves accurate Spreader by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the pressure applied to the Film Applicator. The bar coating method, combined with an automatic feeding system, is fed by the outflow of air source pressure and reciprocating linear motion to ensure the thickness and uniformity of the Spreader. Vacuum chuck fixed substrate, Platen Heating provides temperature control for stable film process.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and place it on the Vacuum chuck board for fixing.
2. Select and install the appropriate bar to set the Spreader thickness and speed.
3. Configure the feeding system, adjust the air pressure and discharge port speed to control the discharge volume.
4. Set Spreader Travel, Speed and Miscellaneous parameters via Touchscreen.
5. Start the device for automatic Spreader and monitor the Spreader process.
6. After the Spreader is completed, remove the sample and perform subsequent processing.
Notice
• Make sure the air source pressure is 0.6Mpa before use, and connect the φ 8 trachea.
• The maximum pressure of the Mixing Tank is 8Mpa to avoid overpressure use.
• Customized coating speed below 5mm/s to ensure equipment compatibility.
• Heating Temperature range is RT +~ 180 ℃, Temperature Uniformity is +/- 3 ℃, pay attention to temperature control.
• Regularly check the Vacuum chuck system and Mixing Tank Safety Valve and other accessories to ensure safe operation.
• Accessories such as silicone pad and weight can be selected according to the uneven thickness of the substrate.
