TBJ-X3-DJ8 automatic spraying and coating machine is an experimental small Coater with automatic feeding, with automatic lame plating function, and the lame plating atomization effect can be equipped according to customer needs. The equipment supports heating and vacuum adsorption functions. Coating size is 300 * 400mm and heating temperature can reach 200 ° C. It is designed to improve the conformity and reproducibility of the film through automatic Spreader, and solve the difference problem caused by manual Spreader.

Principle
The equipment realizes accurate film through the automatic Spreader system, adopts the left and right reciprocating lame plating method, and the Spreader speed can be adjusted infinitely, with a range of 5~ 180mm/s. The automatic feeding system uses the principle of outflow of air source pressure to control the amount of material by adjusting the air pressure and the running speed of the discharge port, and realizes reciprocating linear motion feeding. The vacuum adsorption function fixes the substrate through adsorption holes with a aperture of φ 1.2mm and a hole spacing of 20 * 20mm to ensure the stability of the substrate during the Spreader process.

Steps
1. Connect the air source and power supply to ensure that the air source pressure is 0.6Mpa and the voltage is 220V, 50Hz.
2. Install the feeding drum and check the configuration of safety valve, pressure regulating valve, etc
3. Set the Spreader speed and heating temperature, and adjust it through the digital display interface
4. Place the substrate on the Spreader table to enable vacuum adsorption fixation
5. Start the automatic feeding system, adjust the air pressure and discharge speed to control the discharge volume
6. Start the Spreader process, the device automatically performs left and right reciprocating lame plating
7. After the Spreader is completed, turn off the equipment and clean it for maintenance

• The maximum pressure that the feeding drum can withstand is 8Mpa, and this limit must not be exceeded during use
• Ensure that the air source and power supply are connected correctly to avoid equipment damage
