TBJ-X4-DJ4 Automatic Film Applicator is a vacuum adsorption experimental wire rod Coater with automatic feeding, equipped with waste chute to reduce environment pollution, is a customized Spreader equipment. The equipment is designed to solve the inconsistency problem caused by artificial film due to factors such as Spreader speed and pressure. It is carefully designed to improve film reproducibility and facilitate the operator to Spreader accurate wet-film on different substrates.

Principle
The device uses the wire rod Spreader method, combined with the automatic feeding system, the air source pressure is used to realize the discharge, and the substrate is fixed by vacuum adsorption. Spreader speed and pressure are precisely adjusted by the control system to ensure uniform film and improve reproducibility.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and place it in the vacuum adsorption area
2. Set Spreader parameters (such as speed, travel) through the touch screen
3. Start the automatic feeding system, adjust the air pressure and speed to control the discharge volume
4. Start the Spreader process, and the device automatically completes the wire rod movement and feeding
5. After the Spreader, clean the waste chute
Notice
• Ensure that the air source pressure does not exceed 0.6Mpa, and use φ 8 trachea
• The maximum pressure of the feeding drum is 8Mpa to avoid overpressure use
• Regularly check safety valves, pressure regulators and other components to ensure normal operation
• According to the uneven film thickness of the substrate, silicone pad and weight can be selected
• Customized functions need to be confirmed in advance, such as automatic lame plating or UV curing
