Overview
PY-J603K Butterfly Angle Cutting Machine is a special sampling instrument for Corrugated Board Edge Crush Test and Vertical Compression Strength Test produced by PUYUN, which can quickly and accurately cut the standard test size. It is suitable for Corrugated Board and carton production, scientific research and mass supervision and inspection departments.

Principle
The device cuts the Corrugated Board within the set scale by means of a precision sliding track and a sharp blade to ensure the accuracy of the sample size standard and parallelism, and to meet the sampling requirements of the edge pressure and vertical pressure strength test.
Steps
1. Set the required parallel spacing
2. Place the Cardboard in the cutting position
3. Operate the handle to cut
4. After cutting, pull the handle back to the position to be cut.
Notice
• The incision direction should be parallel or perpendicular to the corrugated direction, and the sample should not be loose during the cutting process
• Pull the handle back to the position to be cut after each cut
• It is strictly forbidden to put your hands in the cutting position to prevent injury
• If the incision is severely Curled or deflected, the blade should be replaced, and the same type of commercially available blade can be used
• When not in use for a long time, anti-rust oil should be applied to the blade and guide post and covered to prevent dust
• Guide sleeve components and guide posts should be frequently filled with a small amount of lubricating oil
