Overview
The PY-J603G Butterfly Vertical Pressure Clamp is a PUYUN brand test accessory for testing the vertical pressure strength of butterfly specimens of various types of Corrugated Boards, including single-layer, double-decked, and three-layer Corrugated Boards. The clamp holds the upper and lower ends of the butterfly specimen in a vertical shape and is placed between the compression plates of the Ring Crush Test machine for testing.

Principle
Fixtures are used to fix the upper and lower ends of the butterfly specimen into a vertical shape, and then the whole is placed between the compression plates of the Ring Crush Test Machine to test the vertical compression strength. The purpose is to evaluate the vertical compression strength performance of the butterfly specimen of the Corrugated Board.

Steps
1. Fix the fixture to the upper and lower ends of the butterfly specimen;
2. Make the sample into a vertical shape;
3. Place the entire fixture between the compression plates of the Ring compression testing machine;
4. Start the testing machine to test the vertical compression strength.
Notice
• Accessories need to be used with Ring Pressure/Edge Crushing Test Machine and cannot be tested separately;
• Ensure that the specimen is firmly fixed to avoid slippage during testing.
