Overview
Japan OSP-13 L2000φ 16 is a formed steel wire scraping rod (Metering rod), specially designed for paper, film and other production equipment, used to precisely control the flow rate of Spreader and maintain coating uniformity. The product is made of 304 stainless steel, which has anti-rust and wear resistance. The rod diameter is 16mm, the width of Spreader is 2000mm, and it can control the wet film thickness of 13 microns. It is a custom production line rod imported from Japan OSP.
Features
1. Made of 304 stainless steel, it has better rust resistance and Abrasion Resistance.
2. formed process production, stable structure.
3. Can precisely control the wet film thickness (such as 13μm), to achieve uniform Spreader.
4. Compared with traditional steel wire scrapers, the bottom of the D-Bar groove is wider, and the amount of Spreader is generally larger.
5. Ultra-thin Spreader can be performed, and the minimum wet film thickness of 1.5μm can be controlled.
6. It solves the problems of loose wire, broken wire, difficult cleaning, and easy blockage caused by traditional steel wire scrapers.
7. The surface is chrome-plated.
8. Specifications and lengths can be customized according to requirements.
Principle
Spreader liquid on the surface of the substrate, using a D-Bar bar scraping the Spreader area, through its precise groove structure to adjust (scrape off) the amount of excess liquid, thereby controlling the wet film thickness left on the substrate, to achieve uniform, quantitative Spreader.
Applications
Film: LCD film, X-ray film, Encasement film, etc., Glass: Automotive Glass, LCD Glass, Construction Glass, etc., Paper: Newspaper, Light, Wallpaper, Special Paper, etc., Encasement Material: Carton, Tape, Encasement Paper, etc., Tape: Video Tape, etc., Magnetic Card: Ticket, Recharge Card, etc
Steps
1. According to the Spreader process requirements, select the appropriate D-Bar bar specifications (such as wet film thickness, width).
2. Install the wire rod to the corresponding location of the production equipment.
3. Spreader the liquid to be applied to the surface of the substrate.
4. Scrape the D-Bar bar over the Spreader area, adjust and scrape off excess liquid, and control the Coating thickness.
Notice
• Please select the appropriate rod specification according to the specific Spreader process requirements (e.g. wet film thickness, substrate type).
• It should be cleaned in time after use to avoid drying up and blocking the groove.
• Pay attention to avoid bumping during operation, so as not to damage the surface accuracy of the wire rod.
• If you need non-standard specifications (such as special lengths), please consult the supplier for customization.
• This product is a precision Spreader tool, please keep and use it properly.
