Overview
Japan OSP-17 L2000φ 16 formed wire scraper rod (also known as Metering rod) is an original imported production wire rod, which is specially used to control flow and maintain coating uniformity in paper, film and other production equipment. The product is made of stainless steel, which has anti-rust and wear resistance. The rod diameter is 16mm, the Spreader width is 2000mm, and the controllable Coating thickness is 17 microns.
Features
1. Made of stainless steel to prevent rust and Abrasion Resistance.
2. As a D-Bar series product, it can replace traditional steel wire scrapers to solve problems such as loose wire, broken wire, difficult to clean, and easy to clog.
3. The bottom of the groove is wider than the traditional wire scraper, and the amount of Spreader is generally larger.
4. The wet film thickness control accuracy can reach micron level, suitable for ultra-thin Spreader.
5. Specifications and lengths can be customized according to requirements.
Principle
Spreader liquid on the surface of the substrate, using a D-Bar bar to adjust (scrape off) the amount of liquid, thereby controlling the film thickness and uniformity of the coating.
Applications
Film: LCD film, X-ray film, Encasement film, etc., Glass: Automotive Glass, LCD Glass, Construction Glass, etc., Paper: Newspaper, Light, Wallpaper, Special Paper, etc., Encasement Material: Carton, Tape, Encasement Paper, etc., Tape: Video Tape, etc., Magnetic Card: Ticket, Recharge Card, etc
Standards
Japan OSP original imported products
Steps
1. Spreader liquid on the surface of the substrate.
2. Use a D-Bar bar to scrape over the Spreader area to adjust (scrape off) excess liquid and control the Coating thickness.
Notice
• This product is a customized production line rod, and the specific specifications (such as length) need to be confirmed by consulting customer service.
• Before use, please confirm whether the product specifications (e.g. wet film thickness, Spreader width) meet your process requirements.
• As a precision Spreader tool, pay attention to the operation method when using it to ensure uniform coating.
