Overview
Japan OSP-42 L2000φ 16 formed wire scraper rod (also known as Metering rod) is a custom production line rod used to control flow and maintain coating uniformity in paper, film and other production equipment. It is made of stainless steel, which has rust-proof and wear-resistant properties. Principle
Spreader liquid on the surface of the substrate, using a D-Bar bar to scrape the liquid surface, by adjusting (scraping off) the amount of liquid, thereby controlling the film thickness and uniformity of the coating.

Steps
1. Spreader liquid on the surface of the substrate.
