Overview
Japan OSP-60 L2000φ 16 formed wire scraper rod (also known as Metering rod) is a custom production line rod used to control flow and maintain coating uniformity in paper, film and other production equipment. The product is made of stainless steel, which has anti-rust and wear resistance. It is an original imported product from Japan with a rod diameter of 16mm, a Spreader width of 2000mm, and a control wet film thickness of 60 microns.

Principle
