Overview
Japanese OSP-47 micron production rod (also known as Metering rod) is a custom production line rod used to control flow and maintain coating uniformity in paper, film and other production machinery and equipment. It adopts formed process and stainless steel material, and has anti-rust and Abrasion Resistance. OSP-47 L1000φ 16 Spreader Metering rod is a custom rod with a rod diameter of 16mm, a Spreader width of 1000mm, and a control Coating thickness of 47 microns. It is an original imported product from Japan OSP.
Features
1. Made of stainless steel to prevent rust and Abrasion Resistance.
2. As a D-Bar series product, it can replace traditional steel wire scrapers to avoid problems such as loose wires and broken wires.
3. The bottom of the groove is wider than the traditional wire scraper, and the amount of Spreader is generally larger.
4. Minimum 1.5μm wet film thickness can be controlled to achieve ultra-thin Spreader.

Principle
