Japan OSP-42 L1000φ 16 is a formed steel wire scraping rod (Metering rod), made of stainless steel, with rust-proof and wear-resistant properties. Features

Principle
Spreader liquid on the substrate surface, using a D-Bar formed wire scrapers to adjust (scrape off) the amount of liquid, thereby controlling the film thickness and uniformity of the coating.

Steps
1. Spreader liquid on the substrate surface.
