Features

Principle
Spreader liquid on the surface of the substrate, use the extrusion bar (D-Bar) to scrape off and adjust the amount of liquid, thereby controlling the Coating thickness and maintaining uniformity.

Steps
1. Spreader liquid on the substrate surface.
