Overview

Features
1. The formed process can replace the traditional steel wire coating bar, which solves the problems of loose steel wire, broken wire, difficult to clean, easy to block and unable to change the surface shape freely.
2. Minimum 1.5μm wet film thickness can be controlled to achieve ultra-thin Spreader.

Principle
Spreader liquid on the surface of the substrate, with D-Bar to adjust (scrape off) the amount of liquid, thereby controlling the thickness and uniformity of the coating.

Steps
