It adopts formed process and stainless steel material, and has rust prevention and Abrasion Resistance. OSP-8 L1000φ 16 Spreader Metering rod is an original imported product from Japan with a rod diameter of 16mm, an application width of 1000mm, and a control Coating thickness of 8 microns.

Principle

Steps
1. Spreader the liquid on the surface of the substrate.
2. Use the D-Bar bar to scrape over the Spreader area and adjust (scrape off) excess liquid to control the Coating thickness.
