Overview
Japan OSP-3 micron production bar (also known as Metering rod) is a custom production bar used to control Flow rate and maintain coating uniformity in paper, film and other production machinery and equipment. It adopts formed process and stainless steel material, and has anti-rust and wear-resistant characteristics. OSP-03 L1000φ 16 Spreader Metering rod is a custom bar with a rod diameter of 16mm, an application width of 1000mm, and a control Coating thickness of 3 microns. It is an original imported product from Japan OSP.
Features
1. Made of stainless steel to prevent rusting, Abrasion Resistance is better.
2. It is a formed process bar, which can replace the traditional steel wire coating bar.
3. Minimum 1.5μm wet film thickness can be controlled to achieve ultra-thin Spreader.

Principle
Spreader the liquid on the surface of the substrate, using the D-Bar to adjust (scrape off) the amount of liquid to control the Coating thickness and uniformity.

Steps
1. Spreader the liquid on the surface of the substrate.
