Overview
JW200CW film heat sealing tester is used to test the heat sealing performance of Encasement bags. The heat sealing temperature, heat sealing time, heat sealing pressure and other parameters of Plastic film substrate, Soft Encasement composite film, aluminum foil, Spreader paper and other heat sealing composite films are determined by hot pressing sealing method. Through standardized design and standardized operation, accurate heat sealing test indicators can be obtained, which can then guide large-scale industrial production.
Features
1. Adopt PLC controller, Taiwan Screen Touchscreen display control, menu interface, Huibang PID temperature controller, solid state relay and other brand good electrical parts.
2. Lower cylinder synchronization circuit, manual and pedal two test start modes.
3. The upper and lower heat heads are independently controlled, and the heat heads are made of brass, which has good thermal conductivity.
4. There is a protective cover outside the heating head, designed to prevent burns and ensure safety.
5. Double-decked thermal insulation design, the insulation board is made of special materials, with good thermal insulation effect, high temperature resistance, no odor, and insulation resistance, effectively ensuring the convenience and safety of users.
Principle
The JW200CW heat sealing tester adopts the hot-pressing sealing method, and the sample to be sealed is placed between the upper and lower heat-sealing heads, and the sample is sealed under the preset temperature, pressure and time.
Applications
Aluminum foil Encasement bag heat sealing performance test, various Plastic film, plastic composite film, paper-plastic composite film, co-extrusion film, aluminized film, aluminum foil, aluminum foil composite film and other film materials heat sealing test, various plastic hose sealing experiment
Standards
QB/T 2358、ASTM F2029、YBB 00122003
Steps
1. Connect the compressed air pipe to the compressed air inlet on the right side of the instrument.
2. Connect the foot switch to the connection behind the instrument.
3. Connect the power cord socket to the power inlet behind the instrument.
4. Prepare experimental materials.
5. Enter the compressed air and use the pressure adjustment handle to adjust the pressure to a pressure value that can press the upper and lower heat sealing knives together, usually 0.18MPa-0.3MPa.
6. Turn the power switch to ON.
7. Set the heat sealing temperature and heat sealing time for the test sample to be heat sealed.
8. Put the sample between the upper and lower heat sealing knives, press the clamping button or step down the foot switch, and the heat sealing knife will automatically separate and take out the sample after reaching the set time.
Notice
• When operating, do not put your hands into the heating knife.
• The heat seal pressure gas source needs to be provided by the user.
• Before use, please ensure that the air source interface (8mm polyurethane tube) and Power supply voltage (AC 220V 50Hz) meet the requirements.
