Overview
YINUO YN-RCT01 Ring Pressure Special Sampler is a supporting equipment for microcomputer Compressive Strength Tester. It is mainly used for paper and Cardboard Ring Crush Test RCT, Edge Crush Test ECT, Corrugated Board adhesive strength PAT, Flat Crush Test FCT, Corrugated base paper CMT and CCT and other 6 test items sampling.
Features
The accurate sampling size is 152 * 12.7mm to ensure the accuracy of detection.
2. The parallelism of the two long sides is less than or equal to 0.015mm to ensure the sampling accuracy.
3. The sampling thickness range is wide, covering 0.05~ 1.2mm.
4. Compact in appearance, with a size of 480 * 150 * 620mm, making it easy to operate and store.
5. Light weight, only 19kg, easy to move.
Principle
The Sampler uses a precision mechanical structure to cut the sample according to the standard size to ensure that the parallelism and thickness of the sampling edge meet the detection requirements, providing a standard sample for the accurate testing of the subsequent microcomputer Compressive Strength Tester.
Applications
Paper, base paper, bobbin paper, white card, cow card, etc. Cardboard, gray board paper, corrugated paper, copper foil, aluminum foil, metal sheet, film, New material, Spinning & weaving material, non-woven fabric, solid electrical insulation material, adhesive tape, geosynthetics, rubber, etc
Standards
GB/T 2679.8、GB/T 6546、GB/T 6548、GB/T 2679.6
Steps
1. Place the material to be tested on the Sampler bench.
2. Adjust the Sampler parameters to ensure compliance with testing requirements.
3. Start Sampler and perform cutting sampling.
4. Remove a standard-sized sample for subsequent strength testing.
Notice
• Check whether the Sampler is in good condition before use to avoid damage to the material.
• Ensure that the sampling thickness is within the range of 0.05 to 1.2mm.
• Pay attention to safety during operation to prevent hands from touching the cutting parts.
• Regularly clean and maintain the Sampler to maintain accuracy.
• Only for specified materials, avoid use beyond the scope.
