YN-RRY1000 microcomputer softness tester is a paper softness performance tester that simulates the softness of the hand. It is suitable for the softness detection of supplies, fiber weaving fabrics, films and wires. It is suitable for related material R & D institutions and Quality control departments.

Principle
Under the specified conditions, when the plate probe presses the sample into the slot-die at a certain depth (8mm), the instrument records the sum of the maximum vector of the bending force of the sample itself and the friction between the sample and the gap, which is called the softness of the sample. The smaller the instrument indication, the softer the sample.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample;
2. Place the specimen on the specimen bench.
3. Start the instrument for automatic measurement;
4. Observe the real-time Linear dispersion display pressure changes during the test;
5. After the test is completed, use the Built-in Printer to print the test report.
Notice
• Ensure that the parallelism error on both sides of the sample table slot-die is less than or equal to 0.05mm.
• Periodic calibrating using test weights;
• Avoid over-range use to protect precision Sensors;
• Regularly check the anti-rust treatment status of the base;
• Follow the instructions to ensure Precision.
