Overview
YINUO YN-IGT350 paper surface strength tester (Printability Tester) is a special instrument used to detect the surface strength of Spreader paper and non-Spreader paper. The instrument is an important physical indicator reflecting the adaptability performance of paper printing, and is a common equipment used to control Printability performance in paper mills, printing mills and inks mills.
Features
The test area is accurate, 10 +/- 0.05cm.
2. Measurement range, coverage (0.2~ 3.5) m/s.
3. Adjustable printing pressure, the range is 0~ 700N.
4. The ink leveling speed is adjustable, providing three gears of 60, 100, and 140rpm.
5. Equipped with a variety of printing plates, rubber pads and paper pads.
Principle
The instrument drives the printing plate through the pendulum system to print the paper specimen at a certain speed under the set printing pressure. The surface strength of the paper is evaluated by Basis Weight by measuring the speed at which the paper surface begins to appear Picking, Linting or cracking.
Applications
Spreader and non-Spreader paper mills, printing mills, inks mills
Standards
GB/T 22365-2008、GB/T2679、ISO 3782、QB/T 1020
Steps
1. Prepare paper samples that meet specifications.
2. Select the appropriate printing disc, rubber pad or paper pad according to the test requirements and install it.
3. Set the required printing pressure and ink leveling speed.
4. Secure the specimen in the test position.
5. Start the instrument and perform the printing test.
6. Observe and record the speed or related data when the paper surface is damaged.
Notice
• Please read the manual carefully before use to ensure the operation specifications.
• According to the test standards and requirements, correctly select and install the printing tray, rubber pad or paper pad.
• Check and calibrate instruments regularly to ensure Test accuracy.
• Keep the instrument clean, especially the printing tray and ink leveling system.
• The specimen should be flat, wrinkle-free, and prepared according to the specified size.
• Pay attention to safety during testing and avoid contact with moving parts.
