YN-KY800 microcomputer compressire strength tester is produced by Yinuo brand, specializing in the test of compressive strength of carton Encasement parts. The instrument selects specifications according to the carton Dimension to ensure that the carton is parallel to the pressing plate during the test to ensure the smoothness and repeatability of the test results. It conforms to the international Encasement transport parts compressire strength inspection method, and is suitable for compressive test, constant pressure test, stacking test, compression displacement test and deformation test of high-strength Encasement parts such as corrugated cartons and honeycomb boxes. It can also be used for compression test of plastic drums and Miscellaneous material containers.

Principle
The instrument tests the Encasement by applying pressure, including fixed value test, compression test, stacking test and compression displacement test. During the test, the system controls the parallel movement of the pressure plate to ensure that the sample is evenly stressed, and monitors the force value and deformation in real time through the Sensor. After the test is completed, the data is automatically recorded and analyzed to provide accurate compressire strength, stacking strength and other results.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate instrument specifications according to the Carton Dimensions;
2. Ensure that the carton and the platen are placed accurately in parallel.
3. Set test parameters such as force, time, or displacement on the Touchscreen.
4. Start the test, and the instrument automatically applies pressure and monitors the data.
5. After the test is completed, the system automatically resets and records the results.
6. Use the Built-in Printer to output test data, or use optional software for further analysis.
Notice
- Make sure the carton is placed parallel to the platen before testing to avoid deviation of results;
- Pay attention to safety during operation and use emergency stop switches to handle emergencies.
- Regularly check instrument protection devices, such as Travel and Power Protection, to ensure normal operation.
