It can also be used for compression test of plastic drums and other material container. Principle
The instrument applies pressure to the sample through the motor drive platen, and uses Sensor to monitor the force value and deformation in real time to realize the test of compression resistance, stacking, fixed value and compression displacement. The system automatically controls the pressurization process, resets and records the data after the test is completed to ensure the test accuracy and Repeatability.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate equipment specifications according to the size of the carton to ensure that the carton is placed parallel to the platen.
2. Set test parameters (e.g. power, time) through Touchscreen;
3. Start the test, and the instrument is automatically pressurized and monitored in real time.
4. After the test is completed, it will automatically reset and record the compression results and deformation.
5. Use the Built-in Printer to output test data, or use optional software for further analysis.
Notice
• Ensure that the carton and the platen are accurately parallel before the test to avoid the deviation of the results;
• Pay attention to safety devices when operating, such as Travel protection, power protection and emergency stop switch;
• Power supply voltage needs to be stable at 220V/50Hz to prevent equipment damage;
• Ambient Temperature should be kept at 20 +/- 10 ℃, Humidity less than 85%;
• Regularly inspect Sensors and mechanical components to ensure accuracy and longevity;
