Overview
The YINUO YN-VL01 Wall-E Refining Machine is a 23-liter capacity international standard equipment for papermaking laboratories, specially designed for the study of pulp and paper processes. The equipment cuts, crumbles, and rubs the fiber Stock through the mechanical action of the throwing roller and the bottom knife. It can change the heavy thallium pressure and Refining time to obtain different experimental results. It is widely used in the Refining test of plant fibers, synthetic fibers and other materials.

Principle
The device cuts, crumbles, kneads, splits, swells and refines the fiber stock through the mechanical force generated by the throwing knife roller and the bottom knife. At the same time, it causes the displacement and deformation of the cell wall, and the rupture of the outer layer of the primary wall and the secondary wall. Pulp of different Freeness/Schopper-Riegler can be obtained by adjusting the pressure and Refining time of the bottom knife.

Steps
1. Prepare Stock, the size of the pool is less than 25 * 25mm, and the Stock volume is 200g~ 700g of absolute dry pulp.
2. Set the Refining speed within the range of 200~ 900r/min.
3. Adjust the lever arm load to 54 +/- 1N.
4. Set the automatic control Refining time.
5. Start the device for Refining processing.
6. Real-time observation of the Refining process through the transparent lid.
7. Clean the slurry tank and blade after finishing Refining.
Notice
• Stock size should be less than 25 * 25mm.
• Refining concentration of 1.57%, ideal for 360 grams of dry pulp.
• Pay attention to the pulp pool water level warning during operation and avoid falling below 2L.
• Regularly clean the slurry tank and blade to maintain equipment performance.
• Ensure that the power supply is 750W/380V, meeting the equipment requirements.
