Overview
This machine is a ZY-DL-A15 single-wing drop tester, which is specially used to test the damage of the product Encasement when it falls and evaluate its impact resistance during transportation and handling. The equipment can perform free drop test on the face, corner and edge of the Encasement. It adopts a single-arm double-column structure and is equipped with a digital height display and a decoder for height tracking. It can accurately give the drop height, and the error from the preset height does not exceed 2% or 10mm. It has the functions of electric reset, electronic control drop and electric lift, which is convenient to use.

Principle
The device lifts the test sample to a preset height through an electric lifting device, and then releases the drop arm through the electronic control system, allowing the sample to fall freely to the bottom plate, simulating the fall impact during transportation and handling. The height is tracked in real time through the decoder and displayed by the digital display to ensure the accuracy of the drop height, so as to evaluate the impact performance of Encasement.

Steps
1. Place the Encasement to be tested on the drop arm of the device.
2. Set the required drop height through the control panel.
3. Start the electric lifting device to raise the sample to the preset height.
4. After confirming that the height is correct, trigger the electronically controlled drop device to allow the sample to fall freely.
5. After the test is completed, use the electric reset function to reset the drop arm.
6. Remove the sample, inspect and evaluate its damage.
Notice
Before operation, please ensure that the power supply of the device is connected correctly (AC220V 50Hz), and check whether the components are normal.
* When placing the test piece, please ensure that its size (maximum 800 * 1000 * 800mm) and weight (maximum 60kg) do not exceed the specified range of the equipment.
When testing for drops, make sure that no one is in the test area to prevent accidents.
Regularly check the structural stability and electrical safety of the equipment.
Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or repair the equipment.
