Overview
The two-wing Drop Tester (model: ZY-DL-B15) is mainly used to simulate the impact of falling during transportation and loading and unloading of Encasement parts, to identify the impact resistance of Encasement parts and the rationality of Encasement design. It is equipped with a digital height display and a decoder for height tracking, which can accurately give the drop height of the product, so as to evaluate the impact resistance or damage of the product during handling.

Principle
The testing machine is released by lifting the specimen to a preset height, allowing it to fall freely on the baseplate, simulating the drop impact during transportation and loading and unloading to test the impact performance of the Encasement or product.

Steps
1. Place the test piece on the testing machine bench.
2. Control system to set the required drop height.
3. Start the equipment, and the testing machine automatically lifts the specimen to the preset height.
4. Release the specimen to drop freely to the baseplate.
5. Inspect and evaluate the damage to the specimen after falling.
Notice
• Please ensure that the power supply is AC220V 50Hz.
• Before operation, please confirm that the weight of the specimen does not exceed 60kg and the size does not exceed 800 * 1000 * 800mm.
• During the drop test, make sure the test area is safe and unrelated personnel are kept away.
• Regularly check the equipment guiding mechanism and safety devices to ensure stable and reliable operation.
Do not exceed the maximum test load and drop height range specified by the equipment.
