Principle
The product is a D-Bar (standard groove) type Metering rod. Under the same 1mm area, the transfer amount of its Spreader liquid is usually greater than bar, so it is used more. Coating Weight is affected by various factors such as groove size, material diameter, surface preparation type and thickness, Spreader conditions and physical characteristics of Spreader liquid. The wet film thickness data provided by the product is the reference value.
