Overview
OSP-08 L1000/φ 10 is a formed steel wire coating bar, which belongs to OSP series Metering rod products. This product can be used for printing Spreader of paper, film and other substrates. Its Coating Weight, length and surface preparation can be customized according to requirements, and it is widely used in paint inks, paper printing Encasement, tape protective film and other industries.

Principle
The product is a D-Bar (standard groove) type Metering rod. Its Working Principle is to control the transfer amount of Spreader liquid through grooves on the rod body. Under the same 1mm area, the transfer amount of Spreader liquid of D-Bar is usually greater than bar. The transfer amount of Spreader liquid is related to the groove specification, but the actual Coating Weight will be affected by Spreader conditions and the physical characteristics of Spreader liquid.
