Overview
OSP-10 L1000/φ 10 is a formed steel wire coating bar, which belongs to the OSP series Metering rod, the main rod diameter is 10mm, and the effective application width is 1000mm. The product can be used for printing Spreader of paper, film and other materials, and its Coating Weight, length and surface preparation can be customized according to requirements.

Principle
The product is a D-Bar (standard groove) type Metering rod. Under the same 1mm area, the transfer amount of its Spreader liquid is usually more than that of bar, and the Coat Weight is mainly related to the selected groove specification. Information such as wet film thickness can be used as a reference, but the actual Coat Weight will vary depending on the Spreader conditions and the physical characteristics of the Spreader liquid.
