Principle
The product is a Metering rod (D-Bar), and the transfer amount of the Spreader liquid is related to the groove size. Under the same 1mm area, the D-Bar is used more than the bar. Coating Weight is affected by a variety of factors such as groove size, material diameter, surface preparation type and thickness, Spreader conditions, and physical properties of the Spreader liquid.
