OSP-15 L1000/φ 10 is a formed steel wire coating bar, which belongs to OSP series Metering rod products. This product can be used for printing Spreader of paper, film and other substrates, and its Coating Weight, Length and surface preparation can be customized according to requirements.

Principle
The product is a D-Bar (standard groove) type Metering rod. The transfer amount of Spreader liquid is related to the groove size. Under the same 1mm area, the application of D-Bar is usually more than bar. The transferred Coating Weight is affected by factors such as groove size, material diameter, surface preparation type and thickness.
