Principle
The product is a D-Bar (standard) groove size Metering rod. Under the same 1mm area, the transfer amount of its Spreader liquid is usually greater than bar, so more applications are applied. Coat Weight is affected by groove size, material diameter, surface preparation type and thickness, as well as Spreader conditions and Spreader liquid physical characteristics. Its nominal 1mm area data is a reference value, and the actual Coat Weight is not guaranteed.
