Principle
The product is a formed steel wire coating bar, which belongs to the D-Bar (standard groove specification) Metering rod. Its Working Principle is to control the transfer amount of Spreader liquid through specific groove specifications on the rod body, so as to form a predetermined thickness of wet-film on paper, film and other substrates. The transfer amount of Spreader liquid is usually related to the groove specification.
