OSP-76 L1000/φ 10 is a formed steel wire coating bar, which belongs to OSP series Metering rod, which can be used for printing Spreader of paper, film and other materials. Principle
The product is a D-Bar (standard) groove size Metering rod. The transfer amount of Spreader liquid is related to the groove size. Under the same 1mm area, the application of D-Bar is usually more than bar. The wet film thickness is determined by the groove size, but the actual Coat Weight is affected by the Spreader condition and the physical characteristics of the Spreader liquid. The 1mm area data marked on the product is only a reference value.
