Its Coating Weight, length and surface preparation can be customized according to requirements, and it is widely used in paint inks, printing paper Encasement, tape protective film and other industries.

Principle
This product is a Metering rod with D-Bar (standard) groove size. The transfer amount of Spreader liquid is related to the groove size, and usually the transfer amount of D-Bar is greater than bar. Its 1mm area is the measurement data of the test piece with a material diameter of φ 10, but the actual Coat Weight is affected by factors such as Spreader conditions, physical properties of Spreader liquid, material diameter, surface preparation type and thickness. The 1mm area data provided by the product is for reference only and does not guarantee Coat Weight.
