OSP-92 L1000/φ 10 is a formed steel wire coating bar, which belongs to OSP series Metering rod. Principle
The product is a Metering rod with D-Bar (standard) groove size. Its Working Principle is based on the groove size, and the transfer amount of Spreader liquid is usually related to the groove size. Under the same 1mm area, D-Bar is more widely used than bar. Coating Weight is affected by factors such as groove size, material diameter, surface preparation type and thickness. The specific film thickness needs to be determined according to the actual Spreader conditions and the physical characteristics of the Spreader liquid.
