Principle
The product is a D-Bar (standard) groove size Metering rod. Its Working Principle is based on the groove transfer coating liquid. Under the same 1mm area, the transfer amount of the Spreader liquid of the D-Bar is usually greater than that of the bar, so the application is more. Coat Weight is affected by a variety of factors such as groove size, material diameter, surface preparation type and thickness, Spreader conditions and the physical properties of the Spreader liquid.
