Overview
OSP-105 L1000/φ 10 is a formed steel wire coating bar, which belongs to OSP series Metering rod. This product is mainly used for printing Spreader of paper, film and other materials, and its Coating Weight, length and surface preparation can be customized according to requirements. Widely used in paint inks, paper printing Encasement, tape protective film and other industries.

Principle
This product is a Metering rod with D-Bar (standard) groove specification. The transfer amount of Spreader liquid is related to the groove specification. In the case of the same 1mm area, the application of D-Bar is usually more than that of bar. When selecting, you can refer to the list of groove specifications. It is recommended to use the smallest specification as a guide. It should be noted that the 1mm area data shown in the product information is based on the measurement results of specific test pieces. The actual Coating Weight may vary due to Spreader conditions, physical characteristics of Spreader liquid and product specifications (such as material diameter, surface preparation type and thickness). Therefore, this data is only used as a reference value and cannot guarantee the actual Coating Weight.
