Overview
OSP-110 L1000/φ 10 is a formed steel wire coating bar, which belongs to OSP series Metering rod. This product can be used for printing Spreader of paper, film and other substrates. Its Coating Weight, length and surface preparation can be customized according to requirements, and it is widely used in paint inks, paper printing Encasement, tape protective film and other industries.

Principle
Measurement and transfer of coating solution through a groove on its surface (D-Bar specification). In the Spreader process, the Spreader solution fills the groove, and when the coating bar moves on the substrate, the Spreader liquid in the groove is transferred to the surface of the substrate to form a wet-film of a specific thickness. The amount of transfer is usually related to the groove specification.
