The NELE DL-1020 Cryogenic coolant circulating pump is a mechanically refrigerated cryogenic liquid circulation device with the function of providing cryogenic liquids and refrigerating circulators. It can provide circulating cooling for instruments such as Rotary Evaporator, vacuum freeze drying oven, circulating water vacuum pump, UV spectrophotometer, Magnetic Stirrer, etc., and supports chemical and biological reactions in multi-functional low temperature environments.

Principle
The equipment realizes low temperature control through a fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system, and adopts a microcomputer intelligent PID automatic temperature control program to ensure temperature stability. The domestic circulation system is designed based on the principle of porous U-shaped reflux circulation to achieve a high uniformity of the flow field and temperature field in the tank and avoid heat interference.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the device.
2. Set the required temperature and control parameters by touching the soft key of the microcomputer
3. Start the domestic circulation pump to ensure normal liquid circulation
4. Monitor the temperature display, and the device automatically runs to the set conditions
5. After use, shut down or manually turn off the device according to the setting timing
6. Drain liquids as needed for cleaning and maintenance
