NELE DC-3020 (horizontal) Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a High Accuracy temperature control equipment, using fluorine-free environmental protection refrigeration system and imported core components, with stable and reliable performance. It is used for research, teaching, Quality control and production departments in the fields of petroleum, chemical industry, electronic instrumentation, physical chemistry, bioengineering, life science, light industrial food, physical property testing and chemical analysis. It provides a liquid environment with controlled heat and cold and uniform temperature. It can be directly used for sample thermostatic testing or as an auxiliary temperature control source for Reaction Kettle, synthetic instruments, extraction and condensation devices.

Principle
The device monitors the liquid temperature in the tank in real time through the built-in High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor, and transmits the signal to the integrated PID automatic temperature Control system. The system precisely controls the operation of the refrigeration system (fully enclosed and environmentally friendly Compressor) or heating system according to the deviation of the set value and the measured value to maintain the target temperature. At the same time, the device drives the liquid in the tank for domestic circulation through the heat-free centrifugal circulation pump, and adopts the porous U-shaped return principle to promote liquid turbulence, so as to achieve a high degree of uniformity and stability of the temperature field in the tank.

• Temperature range according to the required selection of the appropriate circulation medium (such as pure water, ethylene glycol, alcohol, etc.).

• Safety protection function settings of the equipment, such as temperature upper and lower limit alarms, etc., and ensure that it is in normal working condition.
