NELE DC-5020 (horizontal) Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a High Accuracy temperature control equipment, using fluorine-free environmental protection refrigeration system, core components imported, stable and reliable performance. Principle
The device uses a fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system and heating device to raise and cool the liquid medium in the tank. The built-in High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor monitors the temperature in real time and transmits the signal to the integrated PID automatic temperature Control system. The system controls the Power output of the refrigeration or heating unit through precise calculation, and at the same time starts the heat-free centrifugal circulation pump, which drives the liquid in the tank to continuously circulate through the porous U-shaped return channel, so as to quickly reach the set temperature and maintain a highly uniform and stable thermostatic environment.
