PN-PT12F special Thickness determination gauge for toilet paper is a High Accuracy computer Thickness determination gauge designed and developed by PNSHAR in accordance with the national standard GB/T24328.2, which is suitable for paper and its products. The instrument adopts modern mechanical design concepts and ergonomic design guidelines, with novel design, convenient use, excellent performance and beautiful appearance. It adopts High Accuracy Displacement Sensor, which has the functions of testing, conversion, display, memory, printing and data processing. Principle
The instrument uses the High Accuracy Displacement Sensor to measure the displacement change of the probe when it falls into contact with the sample under the conditions of standard contact pressure (2 +/- 0.1kpa) and contact area (10 +/- 0.05cm ²), so as to accurately determine the thickness of paper and its products, and process, display and record the data through the circuit module.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 10%).
2. Preheat the instrument and ensure that the working environment meets the requirements (temperature (20 +/- 10) ℃, relative humidity < 85%).
3. Place the sample to be tested flat on the measurement table.
4. Activate the one-click test function through the 5-inch color Touchscreen.
5. The instrument automatically completes the measurement, data statistics (average, MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum, Standard Deviation, Coefficient of Variation) and displays the results.
6. The test data can be printed through the modular integrated thermal printer, or the data can be uploaded to the Cloud as a Service through WIFI.
Notice
* Power supply voltage AC220V +/- 10% Frequency 50Hz.
* The instrument should work in an environment with indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ° C and relative humidity < 85%.
* Please make sure that the sample is placed flat on the measurement table before measurement.
* Measurement range of the instrument (≤ 10mm), do not use beyond the range.
* Regularly maintain the instrument to ensure that the parameters such as the parallelism of the measurement surface (≤ 0.005mm) meet the requirements.
* When using the WIFI IoT function, make sure the network connection is normal.
