Overview
PN-BBTF spherical Burst resistance tester is a new type of test instrument developed by PNSHAR in accordance with the national standard GB/T 24328.7, which is mainly used to determine the spherical Burst Strength of toilet paper and its products. The instrument is suitable for all kinds of toilet paper products processed from low Basis Weight base paper, toilet paper, kitchen paper towels, paper handkerchiefs, facial napkins, napkins, toilet paper wipes, etc., whether it is single or multi-layer, flat or roll, folded or embossed state. According to the GB/T 20810-2018 standard, the spherical Burst Strength value (finished layer) of finished toilet paper must be greater than or equal to 1.5N.

Principle
The instrument uses a measurement ball with a diameter of (16 +/- 0.05) mm to press vertically into the center of the specimen fixed in a concentric ring of a specific size (standard inner diameter is 89mm or 50mm) at a constant speed of (125 +/- 5) mm/min. The instrument collects and records in real time the maximum force that the specimen is subjected to when it breaks, namely the spherical Burst Strength, and calculates the relevant statistical indicators through the internal processor.

Steps
1. Prepare samples that meet the standards.
2. Select the appropriate concentric ring (standard 89mm or 50mm inner diameter) according to the sample type and install it.
3. Fix the specimen evenly in the concentric ring fixture.
4. Set the test parameters on the Touchscreen and start the test.
5. The instrument automatically drives the measurement ball to press down the sample until it breaks, and automatically records the force value.
6. After the test is completed, view or print the test results and statistics.
Notice
• The instrument should work in an environment with indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ° C and relative humidity < 85%.
• Power supply voltage is within (100~ 240) VAC range before use.
• Please pay attention to the overrange prompt when testing to avoid overload damage to the Sensor.
• Maintain the instrument regularly to ensure the smooth operation of transmission components (such as ball screws).
• Please use concentric rings and measurement balls that meet the requirements of the standard for testing to ensure the accuracy of the results.
• Net weight of the instrument is about 24kg, so pay attention to safety when moving or installing.
