Overview
The PN-CT300F Compressive Strength Tester is a precision instrument for measuring the Compressive Strength of paper, corrugated base paper and Corrugated Board. It can test Ring Crush Test (RCT) of 0.10~ 0.58mm thick paper, Edge Crush Test (ECT) of Corrugated Board, adhesive strength (PAT), Single Corrugated Board Flat Crush Test (FCT), and CMT and CCT of corrugated base paper. It is a cost-effective High Accuracy testing equipment. Measurement accuracy, data processing, display, printing and other functions, easy to operate, stable performance.

Principle
The instrument adopts modern mechanical design concepts and microcomputer processing technology. By pre-setting test parameters and cooperating with corresponding test Accessories, after starting, the imported stepper motor servo control upper pressure plate (fixed) applies pressure to the sample. During the test process, the system monitors and displays the force value and deformation in real time. After the test, it automatically calculates and displays the results on the screen, and finally can return at high speed.

Steps
1. According to the test requirements (e.g. ring pressure, side pressure, etc.), select and install the corresponding test Accessories.
2. Select the corresponding test mode on the Touchscreen and set the relevant parameters in advance.
3. Place the specimen correctly in the test area.
4. Start the one-click automatic test, the instrument starts to pressurize, and the screen displays the force value and deformation in real time. Linear dispersion.
5. After the test, the screen displays the test results, and the instrument automatically returns at high speed.
6. The data can be printed through the thermal printer or uploaded to the computer or Cloud as a Service for further analysis through the interface.
Notice
* The instrument should work in an environment with indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ° C and relative humidity < 85%.
* Power supply voltage is within (100~ 240) VAC range before use.
Before testing, choose the appropriate test mode and parameters according to the standard requirements.
* When placing the sample, ensure that the position is correct to ensure Test accuracy.
During the test, if there is any abnormality, you can press the emergency stop button.
Pay attention to the force range of the instrument (5~ 5000N) to avoid using it beyond the range.
* Regularly maintain the instrument to ensure that the accuracy indicators such as the parallelism of the upper and lower pressure plates meet the requirements.
