PN-PT20F High Accuracy Cardboard thickness tester is an electronic Corrugated Board thickness testing instrument designed and developed according to the national standard GB/T6547, which is suitable for various Corrugated Boards. Principle
The instrument uses the High Accuracy Displacement Sensor to measure the distance between the probe and the measurement surface under standard contact pressure and contact area, so as to accurately determine the thickness of the Cardboard. The measurement data is processed by the internal circuit and displayed by the Touchscreen, and can be used for statistical analysis and data output.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the instrument.
2. Place the sample of the tested Corrugated Board on the measurement table.
3. Through Touchscreen operation, start the one-click test function for measurement.
4. The instrument automatically measures and displays the thickness value and statistical results.
5. You can print the data through the built-in thermal printer, or upload the data to the Cloud as a Service through WIFI.

• Power Supply is AC220V +/- 10%, please make sure the voltage meets the requirements.
• The instrument should be used in an environment with indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ° C and relative humidity < 85%.
