Overview
PN-CT50KDF FCL compressive testing machine is an economical testing instrument, mainly used for compressive and stacking tests of various small-size corrugated boxes, honeycomb cartons and other Encasement parts with compressire strength less than 10kN. Its performance parameters comply with GB/T 4857.3, GB/T 4857.4 and other standards, and are suitable for compressire strength testing of food and beverage, instant noodles, cosmetics, beer, grain and oil and other Encasements. The instrument provides three Operating Modes of Compression Test, Fixed Value Test and Stacking Test.

Principle
The instrument presses the sample through the motor-driven pressure plate. In the compression test mode, the initial load is applied to the sample and this is the starting point of deformation, and the pressure and deformation amount are continued until the sample is crushed, and the pressure and deformation amount are automatically recorded. In the fixed value test mode, the overall performance of the box is detected according to the set pressure and deformation amount. In the stacking test mode, the warehouse stacking state is simulated, and the timing and deformation amount are calculated after the pressure is pressurized to the predetermined pressure; when the pressure drops to 2% of the set value, the system automatically pressurizes to the test load and maintains it until the specified stacking time is reached or the sample pressure reaches the set deformation amount. The test is terminated.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn it on.
2. Select the corresponding mode on the Touchscreen and set the parameters (such as pressure, deformation, speed, etc.) according to the test requirements (pressure resistance, fixed value or stacking).
3. Place the specimen in the center of the lower platen.
4. Start the test, the instrument automatically runs and displays Linear dispersion and data in real time.
5. After the test is completed, the data is automatically saved, and the report can be printed through the Build-in Printer or exported through the interface.
Notice
• Power supply voltage AC220V +/- 10% (or optional AC110V) and reliable grounding.
• The instrument should be placed in an environment with indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ° C and relative humidity < 85%.
Before testing, please confirm that the sample size meets the requirements of platen size (500 * 500mm) and Working Travel (20~ 500mm).
• Pay attention to safety during operation and do not place any part of the body between the upper and lower pressure plates.
• Use the overload emergency stop button in case of emergency.
• Regularly check the lubrication and abrasion of mechanical parts such as lead screws and guide posts.
• Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or repair the control circuit.
