Overview
Paper bowl compressire strength tester (model: PN-BC300F) is a professional testing instrument designed according to the national standard GB/T 27591 for testing the compressire strength and deformation of paper bowls, cartons, cups and other paper containers. The instrument adopts modern mechanical design and microcomputer processing technology. It has High Accuracy measurement, powerful data processing and pressure Linear dispersion display functions. It is an ideal testing equipment for paper tube manufacturers and mass testing institutions.
Features
1. Adopt new module circuit design, with WIFI Internet of Things function, can save test results to Cloud as a Service, query and report generation through dedicated QMS quality management system.
2. Adopt stepper motor servo control, with over-range prompt function, effectively protect Sensor.
3. With statistical function, it can display the average, MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum, Standard Deviation and Coefficient of Variation.
Adopt 24-bit High Accuracy AD Converter and High Accuracy Weighing Sensor to ensure fast and accurate force data collection.
5. Real-time display of pressure resistance and deformation Linear dispersion.
6. Can be connected to computer software for control (control software needs to be purchased separately).
Principle
The instrument is designed with a movable upper pressure plate and a fixed lower pressure plate, and applies pressure to the sample through stepper motor servo control. High Accuracy Sensor and AD converter collect real-time force value and deformation data, and analyze and process them by a microcomputer processing system. Finally, the test results, statistical data and pressure Linear dispersion are displayed on the Touchscreen.
Applications
Testing of compressire strength and deformation of various industrial paper bowls, cartons, cups and other small containers
Steps
1. Place the instrument in a working environment that meets the requirements and connect the power supply.
2. Set the corresponding compressire strength test standard according to the sample volume to be tested (such as ≤ 500mL or ≥ 500mL).
3. Place the sample in the center of the lower platen.
4. Set test parameters such as pressurization speed through Touchscreen (can be set within the range of 1 to 150mm/min).
5. Start the test, and the instrument automatically completes the pressurization and data collection process.
6. After the test is completed, the screen displays the pressure resistance, deformation, statistical results and pressure Linear dispersion.
7. The results can be output through the built-in thermal printer, or the data can be uploaded through the WIFI/Communication interface.
Notice
• Please ensure that the instrument works in an environment with indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ° C and relative humidity < 85%.
• Pay attention to the force range of the instrument (25~ 3000N) to avoid using it beyond the range to prevent damage to the Sensor.
• When placing the sample, ensure that it is located in the center of the platen to ensure Test accuracy.
• Regularly check the parallelism of the platen (≤ 0.1mm) to ensure the accuracy of the test.
When connecting computer software for control, you need to purchase a separate dedicated control software.
• Net weight of the instrument is about 56kg, so pay attention to safety when moving and installing.
